We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Medical Monitor to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Act as a medical safety lead for clinical trial patients
2) Oversee and conduct safety data analysis

4) Review data to perform signal detection and safety surveillance and evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources
5) Plan risk strategy, assessment and minimization
6) Lead and contribute to safety query responses

Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is currently recruiting a Senior Director of Alliance Management and Operations who will infuse the Alliance Management and Operations Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a corporate culture that is known for its innovative and growth-oriented vision. Responsibilities include:

1) Direct oversight of ongoing collaboration agreements
2) Lead collaboration kick-off meetings for newly established deals to ensure full business understanding of collaboration obligations and details
3) Manage all aspects of joint meetings and drive the decision-making process and action resolution and ensure mutual contract adherence
4) Lead all contract re-negotiations through approval and execution, both internally and externally
5) Identify issues and drive resolution as they arise and provide alliance support to overcome any challenges and roadblocks
6) Drive and maintain the business development & licensing timelines, budgets, issuing and receiving of milestones payments and tracking systems
7) Serve as a standing deal team member for new licensing opportunities, from an alliance management perspective
8) Create and implement alliance operating processes and best practices in alignment with key stakeholders
9) Drive key business development & licensing conference planning activities




Qualifications and Desired Skills
